After the Storm II, 2021

"After the Storm II" is the second piece in this series, inspired by a Sydney coastal walk I took a few years ago. Bronte Beach Australia is a relatively small beach with exquisite teal waters. The contrast between the dark moody atmosphere and the more tranquil waters intensified around the cove and I wanted to capture depth through very saturated colours; the hint of blue sky suggestive of an imminent return to calm.
