1963 Audi SP1000, 2021

"Audi SP1000" was inspired by a trip taken to the Audi Museum in Ingolstadt, Germany. I liked this old-fashioned car with its sleek lines and curves.  The car is actually white, but I wanted to create more drama, so I selected 3 colours – white for highlights, red for mid tones and black for dark tones and shadows. I also wanted to frame the car using a different angle to give a sense of motion even though it was in a show room.
