This painting is from the Lake Erie shoreline, Huntington Beach, Westlake Ohio. What drew me in was the large colourful stone blocks leading out into the lake. Although Lake Erie is one of the smaller and shallowest lake of the five Great Lakes in North America, from my vantage point along with the the choppiness of the water along with fast moving clouds, the lake still resembled a sea.
